Oktubre 14, 2024, Caloocan City — Tatlong lalaki ang inaresto Lunes ng madaling araw matapos mamaril sa Brgy. 187, Caloocan.
Ayon sa ulat, bandang 12:20 AM noong Oktubre 14, isang 18-anyos na lalaki, kinilalang si Xyggie Sabino y Dulay, ang binaril ng tatlong hindi nakikilalang suspek habang naglalakad sa Waling-Waling Street. Nahuli sa CCTV ang mga suspek ngunit hindi nakunan ang biktima. Matapos ang pamamaril, naglakad ang mga suspek papunta sa Dr. Uygiangco Street na tila walang nangyari.
Ang biktima ay agad na isinugod ng kanyang pamilya sa Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Sanitarium Hospital, kung saan kasalukuyan siyang inooperahan ni Dra. Pearl Jean Banya-ao.
Bandang 2:00 AM, naireport ang insidente sa Tala Police Substation 14, na agad namang nagsagawa ng follow-up operation sa pangunguna ni PCapt. Gilmer Mariñas. Nagsilbi ito sa pagkakaaresto ng tatlong suspek na sina Charles Dave Sancio y Quiambao, 23, residente ng Waling-Waling Street, Brgy. 187, Caloocan City; Jefffren Tomines y Bariso, 19, mula Marikina at nakatira sa Block 45, Lot 11, 6D Providence, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; at Merl Vincel Arquisola y Arqui, 21, residente ng Block 59, Lot 8, Brgy. Gaya-Gaya, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Narekober mula kay Charles Dave Sancio ang isang caliber .38 revolver. Ang mga suspek ay binasahan ng kanilang mga karapatan at kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Tala Police Substation 14. Sila ay nahaharap sa kasong frustrated murder.
