BICOL-Limang barangay sa bayan ng Ragay. Camarines Sur ang isolated ngayon dahil sa pag-apaw na naman ng tubig sa ilog ng spillway sa may Barangay Sabang river na siyang tanging daanan patungo sa lugar.
Kabilang sa mga apektadong barangay ay ang Mansalaya, Sta Rita 1, Sta. Rita 2, Tabion, at Bagong Silang.
Ayon sa mga residente, mula pa kagabi ay binayo na ng malakas na pag-ulan na dala ng bagyong kristine ang lugar kaya tumaas ang tubig sa ilog kaninang umaga.
Halos walang makalabas sa lugar dahil ang mga bangka na dating nagtatawid kapag umaapaw ang spillway ay hindi rin makapagtawid dahil sa panganib dulot ng malakas ng agos ng tubig.
Kaya apektado ang mga taong dumaraan papasok at papauwi galing sa trabaho na ngayon ay stranded na sa magkabilang dulo ng ilog na halos nasa 80 metro din ang lawak.
Matagal ng problema ng mga residente ng limang barangay ang pag-apaw ng spillway sa tuwing lumalakas ang ulan.
Matagal na rin nilang hinihiling sa lokal na pamahalaan na gawing mas mataas ang spillway at ng hindi maabot ng pag apaw ng tubig.
