Base sa report ng pulisya dakong alas 6:30 ng gabi binabagtas ng vendor sakay ng kanyang tricycle ang kahabaan ng kalsada,dahil sa malakas ang buhos ng ulan at madulas ang daan nagslide umano ang gulong ng tricycle at bumannga sa concrete barrier at gumulong pa ng ilang beses sa sementadong kalsada.
Nagtamo ang biktima ng maraming sugat at galos sa ibat ibang bahagi ng katawan at braso at halos nabasag ang ulo nito matapos humampas sa sementadong kalye,na naging sanhi ng agad nitong pagkamatay.
