Calamba City, Laguna – This is a powerful display of solidarity and commitment to inclusive progress, over 9,000 members of ADHIKA and Bayaning Kababaihan gathered at the Jose Rizal Coliseum for their General Assembly. The event underscored the organization’s efforts to promote empowerment and development among Calamba’s women and community leaders.

Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal delivered an inspiring message to the attendees, emphasizing the importance of unity, inclusivity, and faith-driven leadership in building a stronger Calamba.

“Ramdam na ramdam po ang reporma at pwersa ng inklusibong pagbabago,” Mayor Rizal said. “Maraming salamat po sa inyong tiwala, at kami po sa CalamBAGONG Pamahalaan ay patuloy na sumusuporta sa inyong mabubuting hangarin para sa ikauunlad ng ating Bayan ng Bayani.”

The mayor lauded the active participation of ADHIKA and Bayaning Kababaihan members, calling them vital partners in the city’s pursuit of transformative reforms. He reiterated the local government’s dedication to providing programs and opportunities that empower women and ensure their contributions to Calamba’s progress are recognized and celebrated.

Attendees expressed their gratitude to Mayor Rizal and his administration for their unwavering support. The assembly concluded with renewed vigor and a collective resolve to continue working towards a brighter future for Calamba.
