Calamba City, Laguna — December 16, 2024 – Under the visionary leadership of Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal, the City Government of Calamba once again proved its excellence by bagging numerous accolades at the Provincial Awarding Ceremony held at the Laguna Provincial Capitol in Santa Cruz, Laguna.

In a triumphant address, Mayor Ross Rizal proudly declared, “PANALO MULI TAYO MGA CALAMBEÑO!” as he highlighted the city’s achievements for the year 2024.

The City of Calamba received top awards, recognizing its dedication to effective governance, public safety, and community welfare:

✅ Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS)
✅ High Functional Anti-Drug Abuse Council
✅ High Functional Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC)
✅ Ideal Functional Local Council for the Protection of Children

“These awards are a testament to our relentless efforts to build a safer, more organized, and progressive Calamba,” Mayor Rizal shared. “Muli nating ipinamalas ang husay at dedikasyon ng City Government of Calamba!”
