3 High-Value Drug Personalities Nabbed in Antipolo City Buy-Bust Operation

Calamba City, Philippines — Three high-value drug personalities were apprehended early Friday morning during a buy-bust operation conducted by joint operatives of the PDEA Rizal Provincial Office and the Rizal Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit in Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City.

The operation, which took place at 1:45 AM on January 10, 2025, led to the confiscation of more than 10 mL of marijuana oil, vape pens containing suspected marijuana oil, and marked buy-bust money.

The suspects, all residents of Antipolo City, now face charges for violating Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Section 13 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs During Parties, Social Gatherings or Meetings), and Section 14 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia) under Article II of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Authorities have intensified their anti-drug campaign in Rizal Province, vowing to pursue individuals involved in illegal drug activities. The suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.
