Lalaking Walang Trabaho, Arestado sa North Caloocan dahil sa Pag-iingat ng Illegal na Baril

Isang matagumpay na operasyon ang isinagawa ng Tala Police Substation-14 sa pangunguna ni PCPT Gilmer A. Mariñas, Commander ng Substation 14, sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Edcille V. Canals, Chief of Police ng Caloocan City.

Naaresto ang suspek na si King John Padayhag, 23 taong gulang, walang asawa at walang trabaho, na residente ng Barrio San Roque, Barangay 187, Caloocan City, matapos ang pagpapatupad ng Search Warrant noong Sabado, Enero 18, 2025, bandang 10:58 ng gabi. Natapos ang operasyon dakong 11:42 ng gabi sa parehong araw.

Ang Search Warrant No. SW-422 ay inisyu ni Hon. Glenda K. Cabello-Marin, Executive Judge ng RTC Branch 124, noong Enero 16, 2025, para sa paglabag sa Section 28 ng RA 10591 o ang Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition Act.

Sa nasabing operasyon, narekober mula sa suspek ang:

Isang (1) unit ng caliber .38 revolver na walang serial number at Apat (4) na piraso ng live ammunition.

Ang buong operasyon ay dokumentado gamit ang body-worn camera, alternative camera, at sa presensya ng mga saksi, ang inyong linkod Renato Pedroche, media representative, at KWD John Paul A. Mercado ng Barangay 187.

Binasahan ng kanyang mga karapatan ang suspek na kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Tala Police Substation-14 at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 28 ng RA 10591.
