Los Baños, Laguna – The Institute of Cooperatives and Bio-Enterprise Development (ICOPED) at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) recently conducted a Pre-Membership Seminar aimed at equipping participants with the knowledge needed to establish and manage agricultural cooperatives.
