For the second consecutive year, Calamba City stands out in Region IV-A, reflecting the city’s unwavering commitment to proactive, efficient, and effective disaster preparedness and response.
“Hindi lang basta compliant, kundi lampas sa inaasahan,” Mayor Rizal proudly shared, emphasizing how the city has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and welfare of every Calambeño.
This achievement highlights the tangible impact of the Ramdam na Reporma initiatives, which focus on strengthening disaster response capabilities and fostering a culture of preparedness.
