Quezon PNP Reinforces Security Measures in Sariaya, Ensures Peaceful MNLE 2025 Preparations

February 14, 2025 | Sariaya, Quezon — Following the Valentine’s Day celebrations across the province, the Quezon Police Provincial Office has heightened security efforts in preparation for the May National and Local Elections (MNLE) 2025. With a focus on creating a peaceful, dignified, and S.A.F.E. electoral process, the Quezon PNP is leading intensified security measures across municipalities, starting with Sariaya.

PCOL Ruben B. Lacuesta, Provincial Director, spearheaded a field inspection at the Sariaya Municipal Police Station, closely evaluating the readiness and security status of personnel in the area. Measures implemented include police assistance, COMELEC checkpoints, and enhanced collaboration with community stakeholders and partner agencies.

During his visit, PCOL Lacuesta emphasized the importance of professionalism and vigilance in law enforcement. He stated:
“Diligence and professionalism must be carried out through our resilient commitment to duties adhering to reinforced security patrols and law enforcement. Through these proactive security measures, the assurance we provide to our fellow citizens will deter crime and promote a peaceful society.”

The Quezon PNP, in partnership with COMELEC and other agencies, continues to fortify security protocols across the province. This collective effort underscores their mission to prevent potential threats and uphold public safety during the upcoming electoral season.
