Arestado ang isang lalaki na labas-masok na sa kulungan noong Sabado, Pebrero 15, 2025, bandang 1:30 ng madaling araw sa Robis 1, Barangay 175, Camarin, Caloocan City.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Ryan Sinangot y Brazil, 40 taong gulang, walang asawa, isang construction worker, at residente ng Phase 9, Package 7B, Block 33, Lot Excess, Barangay 176, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City.

Ayon sa ulat, nagsagawa ng foot patrol ang mga PNP personnel ng Cadena De Amor Police Substation 11 sa nasabing lugar. Habang ginagampanan ang kanilang tungkulin, napansin nila ang dalawang lalaki na nag-uusap. Nang nilapitan ng mga pulis upang kausapin, biglang tumakbo ang mga ito.

Nakorner ng mga awtoridad ang isa sa mga lalaki at napansin nilang may hawak itong plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting kristal na hinihinalang shabu. Agad na inaresto ang suspek.

Narekober mula sa kanya ang isang plastic sachet na may timbang na 3.3 gramo at tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng ₱22,440.00.

Binasahan ng mga pulis ang suspek ng kanyang karapatan at sinampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Article 151 (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority or the Agent of Such Person) ng Revised Penal Code at Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II ng RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

Aminado ang suspek na gumagamit siya ng shabu ngunit iginiit na hindi siya nagbebenta. Napag-alaman din na may nakabinbing warrant laban sa kanya mula sa RTC Branch 120 kaugnay pa rin ng paglabag sa RA 9165.

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa kustodiya na ng Cadena De Amor Police Substation 11 ang suspek para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at nakatakdang i-turn over sa Station Drug Enforcement Unit ng Caloocan City Police Station.
