No. 1 Most Wanted Person in PRO 11 Captured in Davao City

Davao City – On February 23, 2025, personnel from 13SAC of 1st Special Action Battalion of PNP SAF provided tactical support to the elements of Police Station 7, Paquibato District, Davao City Police Office (DCPO) as lead unit and other law enforcement unit in a joint operation that resulted in the arrest of alias “Ka Larry” in Purok Upper Bintuan, Brgy. Fatima, Paquibato District, Davao City.

The arrested person is listed as No. 1 Regional Level Most Wanted Person of PRO 11 as of February 2025 and was apprehended by virtue of multiple warrant of arrest with Criminal Case No. 66-822-10 for Murder issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC), 11th Judicial Region, Branch 15, Davao City, dated May 16, 2011; CC No. R-DVO-22-00646-CR for Homicide, dated March 9, 2022 and CC No. R-DVO-19-02603-CR for Grave Threats, dated June 28, 2019, both issued by RTC, 11th Judicial Region, Branch 54, Davao City; and CC No. R-DVO-19-02668-CR for Arson issued by RTC, 11th Judicial Region, Branch 53, Davao City dated June 27, 2019. Additionally, Search Warrant No. 2514 was implemented for violation of R.A. 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) issued by RTC, 11th Judicial Region, Davao City dated February 20, 2025.

Confiscated during the operation were one homemade shotgun, one caliber .38, one caliber .45 pistol with magazine and six rounds of ammunition, and two MK2 grenades.

Police Station 7, Paquibato District, DCPO took custody of the arrested person and seized items for documentation and disposition.

The success of the operation highlights the dedication of law enforcement units in ensuring justice, maintaining peace, and keeping communities safe from crime and violence.
