Mayor Ross Rizal, alongside Congresswoman Cha Hernandez, Vice Mayor Totie Lazaro Jr., and the Sangguniang Panlungsod, led the initiative, ensuring that free medical, dental, and legal services were made accessible to the community.

“We are not just making promises—we are taking action. This program is proof that the government is reaching out to serve its people,” Mayor Rizal emphasized during the event.
