Most Wanted Person in CALABARZON Arrested in Joint-Manhunt Operation by Biñan and Indang Police

The most wanted person in CALABARZON was arrested in a successful joint-manhunt operation conducted by the Biñan Component City Police Station (CCPS) and Indang Municipal Police Station (MPS) on the evening of March 6, 2025.

Laguna Police Acting Provincial Director PCOL Ricardo I. Dalmacia identified the suspect as alias “John”, a resident of Biñan City, Laguna, and Indang, Cavite.

According to PLTCOL Allan Reginald L. Basiya, Officer-in-Charge of Biñan CCPS, the operation was launched in Brgy. Buna Cerca, Indang, Cavite, leading to the arrest of the wanted individual.

The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by RTC Branch 152, Biñan City, Laguna, under Hon. Jaime E. Banatin, Presiding Judge. The suspect is facing charges of Statutory Rape under Article 266-A, Paragraph 1 (D) of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by RA 8353, with no bail recommended.

The arrested individual is currently under the custody of Biñan CCPS, and the issuing court has been informed of the arrest.

“The Laguna PNP will not stop pursuing those who evade the law to ensure justice for the victims,” said PD Dalmacia, reaffirming the police force’s commitment to upholding justice and maintaining public safety.
