Three million four hundred thousand pesos worth of shabu were seized during a buy-bust operation at the back parking lot of a mall in Barangay Gatid, Sta Cruz, Laguna.
On March 17, 2025 at 5:05 in the afternoon, joint operatives of PDEA Regional Office 4A Special Enforcement Team 2 and Santa Cruz Municipal Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit arrested two drug personalities tagged as High-Value Drug personalities and were identified as alias Leovigildo, 38 male, single and alias Allan, 45, male, single, both are residents of Barangay Biñan, Pagsanjan, Laguna.
Confiscated from the suspects were five (5) pieces of knot tied transparent plastic bag containing MOL 500 grams of suspected shabu worth Php3,400,000.00 and buy-bust money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects who are now under the custody of PDEA Region 4A Custodial Facility in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. (PR)
