Arestado ang isang Chinese national sa isang buy-bust operation na isinagawa ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Special Enforcement Service (PDEA SES) at iba pang operatiba sa isang parking Lot sa Bacoor Boulevard, alas-6:14 ng umaga ngayong Marso 21, 2025.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Zuhui Li, alyas Steven Lee, 35 taong gulang, residente ng Mandaluyong City.

Siya ay itinuturing na high-value target (HVT) at hinihinalang sangkot sa kidnapping, gun running, carnapping, at illegal drug trade sa Regions IV-A, Region 3, at Metro Manila.

Sa isinagawang operasyon ng PDEA SES Coplan Mafioso, kasama ang PDEA RO IV-A Cavite PO, PNP Cavite MARPSTA, at Bacoor CPS, nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang tinatayang 32 kilo ng shabu na may halagang P22.4 milyon piso.

Bukod sa shabu, nakuha rin sa pag-iingat ng suspek ang 35 pirasong red tablets na hinihinalang ecstasy, iba’t ibang identification cards, dalawang cellphone, isang Honda City, Php 7,000 cash, isang Cartier wristwatch, at marked money na ginamit sa operasyon.

Nahaharap si Li sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11 ng Article II ng Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

Ayon sa kay IA I Van Dyke Fidelson ng PDEA SES, si Li ay isa sa mga pangunahing target ng Coplan Mafioso, at sinasabing isa sa mga facilitator at distributor ng droga mula Mainland China. Patuloy na iniimbestigahan ang kanyang mga koneksyon upang matukoy ang iba pang sangkot sa operasyon ng droga sa bansa.

Samantala, nananatili sa kustodiya ng PDEA ang suspek habang inihahanda ang mga kasong isasampa laban sa kanya.
