Pulis Arestado sa Drug Buy-bust sa Baao, Camarines Sur

Isang aktibong pulis ang naaresto sa isinagawang buy-bust operation ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng Special Operations Unit 5 (SOU 5) ng PNP Drug Enforcement Group (DEG), Intelligence Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) Regional Office V, Provincial Intelligence Unit/Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit (PIU/PPDEU) ng Camarines Sur, at Baao Municipal Police Station (MPS) kagabi, Marso 21, 2025.

Ang suspek ay kinilalang alyas “Joe,” 35 taong gulang, may asawa, at aktibong miyembro ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na nakatalaga sa PIU ng Camarines Sur Provincial Police Office.

Ang operasyon ay isinagawa bandang 11:20 ng gabi sa Zone 1, Diversion Road, Barangay San Francisco, Baao, Camarines Sur. Pinangunahan ito ni Police Lieutenant Ronwaldo I. Cariño sa ilalim ng superbisyon ni Police Colonel Joe Wilson J. Denamarca, Commander ng SOU 5 PNP DEG.
Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang isang (1) medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaniniwalaang shabu (buy-bust item), may tinatayang timbang na 10 gramo at isang (1) medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaniniwalaang shabu, may tinatayang timbang na 5 gramo na may kabuuang may tinatayang halaga na Php 102,000.00.

Nakuha rin mula sa suspek ang sang (1) tunay na Php 500 peso bill na nakapatong sa labing-apat (14) na photocopied na Php 1,000 peso bills (boodle money), Isang (1) driver’s license ID, Isang (1) PNP ID, Isang (1) Gcash card, Isang (1) Maya card, Isang (1) Glock 17 gen 4 na may isang (1) magazine na naglalaman ng labing-anim (16) na bala, Anim (6) na bala ng Caliber 45, Isang (1) hand grenade na may intact safety lever pin at Tatlong (3) cellphone (Oppo, Iphone at Infinix).

Ang naarestong suspek at ang mga non-drug evidence ay nasa kustodiya na ng PNP DEG SOU 5 para sa dokumentasyon at tamang disposisyon. Ang nakumpiskang droga ay dinala sa Forensic Office Region V, Camp Simeon Ola para sa forensic/laboratory examination.
