Babaeng Nagkunwaring Bisita sa Custodial Facility, Nahulihan ng Shabu sa Caloocan

Isang babae ang naaresto matapos mabisto at mahulihan ng hinihinalang shabu habang nagpanggap na bisita sa Cadena de Amor Police Substation 11 (CDA PSS-11) sa Barangay 174, Camarin, North Caloocan.

Linggo ng gabi, Abril 6, 2025, bandang alas-9:00, nagsasagawa ng duty si PSSg. Delfrancis S. Maage, day shift jailer ng PSS-11 sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCapt. Gregorio M. Fariñas, Station Commander ng SS11-CCPS, sa harap ng custodial facility sa Cadena de Amor Street.

Habang isinasagawa ang inspeksyon, isang babae ang dumating na nagpanggap na bisita at may dalang pagkain sa isang pulang Tupperware. Nang inspeksyunin ang dalang pagkain, natuklasang may laman itong isang heat-sealed na transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting butil na pinaniniwalaang shabu.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Jasmine Suñiga y Gloria. Narekober mula sa kanya ang Isang (1) piraso ng heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting butil na hinihinalang shabu, tinatayang may bigat na 2.1 gramo at may halagang Php 14,280.00.

Binasahan ng karapatan ang suspek at kasalukuyang nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 11 (Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Sa ngayon, nasa kustodiya na si Suñiga ng Cadena de Amor Police Substation 11 para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at legal na proseso.
