“‘Jun Tahi” Timbog sa Operasyon ng RPDEU; Mahigit 11 Gramo ng Shabu Nakumpiska

Isang matagumpay na buy-bust operation ang isinagawa ng mga operatiba ng Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit (RPDEU) noong Huwebes, Mayo 8, 2025, bandang 12:20 ng madaling araw sa Camarin Road, Barangay 178, Caloocan City.

Ayon sa ulat, nagsagawa ng operasyon ang mga tauhan ng RPDEU sa pangunguna ni PCPT Joel M. Piñon at sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PLTCOL Cyrus C. Belarmino, hepe ng RPDEU. Katuwang nila sa operasyon ang Station Substation 10 ng Caloocan City Police Station (SS10 CCPS), na may PDEA NCR coordination control number 10001-052025-0222.

Isang operatiba ng pulisya ang nagpanggap bilang poseur buyer na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng suspek na si Christian, alyas “Jun Tahi”

Nakumpiska mula sa kanya ang Labing-isang (11) pirasong tig-iisang libong piso na boodle money at isang tunay na ₱1,000 bill (dusted) na ginamit sa buy-bust, Apat (4) na plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting kristal na hinihinalang shabu na may kabuuang timbang na 11.56 gramo at tinatayang street value na ₱80,648.00.

Nahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5, Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Mariin namang itinanggi ng suspek na siya ay sangkot sa bentahan ng ilegal na droga.

Sa ngayon, nasa kustodiya na ng RPDEU ang suspek para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at dokumentasyon.
