PDEA and PNP Nab High-Value Drug Suspect in Dasmariñas Buy-Bust, Seize ₱4M Worth of Shabu

DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite — A joint anti-drug operation, operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 4A Special Enforcement Team 1, PDEA Laguna Provincial Office, and the PNP Cavite Maritime Police Station arrested a high-value drug personality in Barangay H2, Dasmariñas City on Tuesday afternoon, June 3, 2025.

The suspect, identified only by the alias “Acmad,” a tricycle driver and resident of Barangay Datu Esmael, was apprehended during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 1:55 p.m.

Authorities recovered approximately 600 grams of suspected shabu, with an estimated street value of ₱4,080,000, along with marked buy-bust money.

The suspect is facing charges for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Following the arrest, the suspect was brought to the PDEA Region 4A Custodial Facility in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, for proper documentation and detention.
