Miyembro ng “Mangoda Group” Arestado sa Bulacan sa Buy-Bust Operation

Arestado ang isang miyembro ng “Mangoda Group,” isang kilalang sindikato sa Bulacan na sangkot sa gun-for-hire, gun running, at ilegal na droga, matapos ang isang buy-bust operation.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Alyas “Didis,” 26 anyos, at walang trabaho. Siya rin ay nasa target list ng PNP-PDEA sa ilalim ng COPLAN “NOKNOK.”

Isinagawa ang operasyon ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng CDEU ng San Jose Del Monte CPS at PIU Bulacan PPO. Nagresulta ito sa pagkakakumpiska ng tinatayang 35 gramo ng shabu na may halagang Php 238,000.00, at isang walang markang Kalibre .38 Revolver na may laman na mga bala.

Binasahan ng kanyang mga karapatan ang suspek at nahaharap siya ngayon sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002). Gayunpaman, mariing itinanggi ni Alyas “Didis” na nagbebenta siya ng droga at iginiit na hindi sa kanya ang narekober na baril.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng CDEU-SJDM CPS ang suspek habang ang mga ebidensya ay nasa SJDM Forensic Satellite Office para sa pagsusuri. Inihahanda na ang pormal na kaso laban sa kanya.
