The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) awarded Calamba City Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal for his unwavering support to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and his steadfast commitment to public safety.

Mayor Rizal expressed his deep gratitude for the honor, emphasizing that public service includes ensuring a peaceful and orderly community — a mission that requires close collaboration with law enforcement.

“This recognition is not just for me, but for every Calambeño who stands with us in promoting peace and order in our city,” Mayor Rizal stated. “As public servants, it is our duty to guarantee the safety and well-being of our constituents — and we can only achieve this through a strong partnership with our police force.”

Under Mayor Rizal’s leadership, Calamba City has intensified its support for local law enforcement through infrastructure, resources, and collaborative programs that enhance public security and community policing.
