Bagong Bypass Road sa Laguna, Sagot sa Mabigat na Trapiko

Laguna — Sisimulan na ang Calamba-Bay Bypass Road & Development Project bilang tugon sa matagal nang problema ng mabigat na trapiko sa lalawigan. Ginanap ang groundbreaking ceremony sa Brgy. Tagumpay, Bay, Laguna noong Hunyo 11.

Layunin ng proyekto na mapabilis ang biyahe mula Calamba City hanggang Bay, Laguna — at maibsan ang araw-araw na abala sa kalsada. Hindi isang simpleng proyekto ang Canlubang-Bay Bypass Road sapagkat bago pa man itayo, dumaan ito sa masusing pag-aaral para masigurong ligtas at hindi makakasira sa kalikasan.

Kasangga ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ang Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) para tiyaking pasok sa environmental at technical standards ang proyekto. Kaagapay rin dito ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa ilalim ng isang Tri-Partite Agreement para masiguro ang episyente at maayos na konstruksyon.

Sa oras na matapos, tiyak ang ginhawa at higit na maluwag na daloy ng mga sasakyan, mas mabilis na pagbiyahe, at mas malapit na serbisyo’t kaunlaran sa mga bayan sa lalawigan.

Ayon sa mga opisyal, “Hindi lang ito bagong daan — isa itong tulay patungo sa mas maginhawang pamumuhay ng bawat Lagunense.”
