Dalawang High-Value Targets sa Caloocan Arestado, Mahigit PHP 442K Halaga ng Shabu Nakumpiska

Isang matagumpay na planned buy-bust operation ang isinagawa ng District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) ng Northern Police District sa Brgy. 185, Malaria, Caloocan City, nitong Sabado ng madaling araw, Hunyo 15, bandang 2:30 AM.

Pinangunahan ni PLT Victorino S. Ledesma ang operasyon sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCPT Regie B. Pobadora, OIC ng DDEU, at may koordinasyon sa PDEA sa ilalim ng Control Number 10001-062025-0378.

Sa naturang operasyon, naaresto ang dalawang high-value individuals (HVIs) na sina: alyas “Bebe” at alyas “Jeanina”

Nagpanggap bilang buyer ang isang operatiba ng PNP na naging susi sa matagumpay na entrapment. Nakumpiska mula sa mga suspek ang mga sumusunod na ebidensya:

Isang (1) tunay na PHP 500 bill at limang (5) pirasong pekeng PHP 1,000 bilang marked money, Isang (1) brown na pitaka, Isang (1) medium heat-sealed plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu at dalawang (2) large heat-sealed plastic sachets na may kabuuang 65 gramo ng pinaghihinalaang shabu, tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng PHP 442,000.00

Mariing itinanggi ng mga suspek ang akusasyong sangkot sila sa bentahan ng ilegal na droga. Sa kasalukuyan, sila ay nasa kustodiya ng DDEU para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon, habang ang mga nakumpiskang ebidensya ay naiturn-over na sa Northern Police District Forensic Unit para sa laboratory examination.

Ang mga suspek ay agad na binasahan ng kanilang mga karapatan at nahaharap ngayon sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at Section 11, Article II ng Republic Act 9165, o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
