Matagal Nang Tulak, Arestado sa Buy-Bust sa Caloocan; Baril at Hinihinalang Shabu Nakumpiska

Caloocan City, Hunyo 15, 2025 —
Naaresto ang isang matagal nang hinihinalang tulak ng droga sa isang matagumpay na anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation na isinagawa ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ng Caloocan City Police Station nitong Linggo ng madaling araw.

Dakong 3:47 AM, isinagawa ang operasyon sa Sampaguita Street, Purok 3, Malaria, Brgy. 185, Caloocan City, kung saan positibong naaresto ang suspek na si Dennis Olazo y Petronio matapos bentahan ng ilegal na droga ang isang pulis na nagpanggap na buyer.

Pinangunahan ang operasyon ni PLT Restie F. Mables, Hepe ng SDEU, sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Joey T. Goforth, OIC ng Caloocan City Police Station.

Nasamsam mula sa suspek ang isang (1) Caliber .38 revolver na may serial number 73357C at kargado ng dalawang (2) bala, Isang (1) itim na sling bag, Isang (1) tunay na ₱500 bill at anim (6) na pekeng ₱1,000 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money at dalawang (2) heat-sealed plastic sachet na naglalaman ng humigit-kumulang 10 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng ₱68,000

Binasahan ng karapatan ang suspek at nahaharap ngayon sa mga kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at Section 11 ng Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) at Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act).

Mariing itinanggi ng suspek ang mga paratang. Aniya, hindi siya nagbebenta ng droga at ang baril ay pag-aari umano ng isang kaibigan.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng SDEU Caloocan ang suspek para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at kaukulang proseso.
