Pinalitan ni Police Colonel Romulo “Bong” Albacea — miyembro ng Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) Class of 1998 — si outgoing Provincial Director PCOL Ruben Lacuesta, na kabilang naman sa PNP Lateral Entry Class of 2000.
Si PBGEN Jack Wanky, bagong talagang Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 4A (PRO CALABARZON) at miyembro ng PNPA Class 1992, ang nagsilbing Presiding Officer sa naturang seremonya. Pinalitan ni PBGEN Wanky si PBGEN Paul Kenneth Lucas, ang dating RD ng PRO CALABARZON.
Ang makasaysayang seremonya ay dinaluhan ng mga matataas na opisyal ng kapulisan, kinatawan mula sa iba’t ibang lokal na pamahalaan, at iba pang panauhin na nagpahayag ng suporta sa bagong liderato ng Quezon PPO.
Layon ng bagong pamunuan na ipagpatuloy at paigtingin ang kampanya kontra-krimen, iligal na droga, at iba pang mga programang pangkapayapaan at kaayusan sa lalawigan ng Quezon.
