LAGUNA – Tinugon nga ang bawat panalangin ng mga miyembro ng Jesus Christ Good Shepherd Savior and Lord Church o JCGS Church Nagcarlan lalawigan ito na magkaroon ng magandang panahon kahapon

Matapos nga ilang araw ang nakalipas na pag-ulan na nauwi pa sa pagka-anod sa tulay na kahoy ng Brgy.Bayate sa bayan ng liliw. Kung saan dito nga isasagawa ang kanilang Sportsfest for a Cause

Ito ay may temang “Unite to Ignite: One Goal, One Cause na hango naman sa biblliya sa Ecclesiastes kabanata apat talata siyam.

Ayon kay Ptra.Hanna DL.Jovellano at Ptr.Renato “Dudon”Jovellano layunin ng programang ito na makalikom ng kaukulang pondo para sa pagsasa-ayos ng kanilang sambahan. Dahil nga sa patuloy na pagdami ng mga dumadalo dito.

Nakisa sa palaro maging ang munting mga bata para sa sack race, at singing competition, Samantalang basketball naman sa mga kalalkiha at volleyball din para sa karamihan.

Naging matagumpay nga ang Sportsfest na ito dahil hindi lamang nalinang ang angkin husay sa palakasan maging ang pagpapa-tatag ng pananampalataya sa Panginoon Diyos.
