CALAMBA CITY, Laguna — During the ceremony held at Calamba City Hall, Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal officially assumed office once again during the Assumption Into Office and Turnover Ceremony for the newly elected officials of the City Government of Calamba.

Addressing the people of Calamba, Mayor Rizal delivered an impassioned message, emphasizing the importance of unity, compassion, and shared progress as he begins another term as the city’s top executive.

“This is the start of a new chapter—one filled with hope, unity, and compassion for one another,” Rizal stated. “As your mayor once again, I pledge honest, humane, and modern leadership—not just for a few, but for everyone.”

The ceremony symbolized not only a formal transition of power but also a renewed commitment to inclusive development. Mayor Rizal underscored that true progress can only be achieved when the entire community works together.

“This is not a battle of one, but a collective pursuit toward prosperity. I am your partner in every step, every challenge, and every success,” he said.

His address echoed the administration’s core values of #RamdamNaReporma, #DugongBayani, and #CalamBAGO—a vision rooted in meaningful reform, servant leadership, and innovation.
