QUEZON — Dead on the spot ang isang assistant terminal administrator ng isang oil depot company matapos pagbabarilin ng hindi pa nakikilalang suspek sa Sitio Central, Brgy. Castañas, Sariaya, Quezon, nitong Miyerkules ng gabi.
Kinilala ang biktima na si alyas Ronel, 35 taong gulang, residente ng nasabing barangay at nagtatatrabaho sa oil depot ng Azora Holding Inc sa parehong lugar.
Base sa report ng Sariaya Municipal Police Station (MPS) at ayon sa pahayag ng mga saksi, dakong alas-10:50 ng gabi, sakay ang biktima ng kanyang ADV motorcycle nang pagbabarilin ng suspek gamit ang maikling kalibre ng armas.
Matapos ang pamamaril, mabilis na tumakas ang suspek sakay naman ng isang itim na Honda Click na motorsiklo patungo sa direksyon ng boundary ng Candelaria at San Juan, Batangas.
Nagtamo ang biktima ng mga tama ng bala sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng katawan, na naging sanhi ng agaran nitong pagkasawi.
Agad na rumesponde ang mga tauhan ng Sariaya police sa lugar ng insidente at nagsagawa ng dragnet operation katuwang ang mga kalapit na istasyon ng pulisya subalit nakatakas pa rin ang mga salarin.
Patuloy pa ang imbestigasyon at inaalam pa ang pagkakakilalan ng suspek at ang motibo sa insidente ng pamamaril.
