Alaminos, Laguna — Newly elected Mayor Eric R. Lopez held his first official flag raising ceremony on July 7—coinciding with his birthday—where he delivered a powerful inaugural message focused on good governance, zero corruption, and equal service for all residents of Alaminos.

During his speech, Mayor Lopez emphasized that every peso of the Local Government Unit (LGU) funds must benefit the people, and his administration will serve without favoritism.

“Pantay-pantay ang serbisyo—walang mahirap, walang mayaman, walang palakasan. Ipagbabawal ko ang masusungit na empleyado,” he declared, stressing a people-first approach in public service.

Mayor Lopez also laid out his key priorities:

Strengthening the healthcare system

Improving and expanding educational programs and scholarships

Supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs)

Promoting job creation

Maintaining peace and order in the community

He expressed deep gratitude to the people and organizations that contributed to his electoral victory, promising that this triumph is not his alone, but one shared with every citizen and every sector of society—delivered with love, transparency, and fairness.
