Ayon sa ulat, ng mga PNP PERSONNELS Ng SS-12 CCPS
nag conduct Ng anti-criminality Foot Patrolling Ang mga PNP PERSONNELS Ng WEST BAGONG SILANG POLICE STATION 12 (SS-12) CCPS sa Pangunguna ni PMAJ EDSEL R IBASCO, HEPE Ng SS12 CCPS. Ayun sa ulat, Habang isinagawa nila Ang kanilang mga tungkulin sa Lugar Ng Phase 4, Package 2, Brgy. 176-A na may concern citizens Ang lumapit at nag report na may dalawang LALAKI na may hawak na baril na may kinalaman sa alitan.Nang matapos, matangap Ang report ay agad pinuntahan Ng mga PNP PERSONNELS Ang nasabing area,pag dating sa Lugar, Nakita Ng mga PNP PERSONNELS Ang dalawang LALAKI na nagtutukan Ng baril Ang isa’t -isa at agad Naman pinatigil Ng mga PNP PERSONNELS at nagresulta sa kanilang pagkakaaresto ng mga suspeks na sina, alyas JOLLY BOY at alyas DOMINADOR

Na recover Ng mga police officer Mula sa mga suspeks Ang:

A. Isang(1) improvised shotgun (sumpak) loaded na may Isang(1) live ammunition intended for 12 gauge shotgun Mula key alyas ” Jolly”.

B.Isang (1) unit na .38 revolver na walang serial number loaded ng dalawang (2) live ammunition na na recover Mula key alyas “Dominador”

C. Isang (1) pirasong small heat sealed plastic sachet na naglalaman Ng putting butil na pinaniwalaang shabu na may timbang na tatlong (3) gramo na nagkakahalaga Ng PHP 20,400.00.

Ang mga suspeks ay binasahan Ng kanilang karapatan at naharap sa kasong Violation of Sec.11 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act code 2002) at RA 10591(Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act).

Itinangi Ng mga suspeks na Hindi Sila nagbebenta Ng DROGA at Ang baril na narekober ay Hindi rin sa kanya at sa Isang kaibigan.

Sa ngayun ang mga suspeks nasa kustodiya na ng West Bagong Police Substation 12 para sa karagdagang proseso.
