GUMACA—Arestado ang isang lalaki matapos magpaputok ng baril sa loob ng kanilang tahanan,sa may Brgy.Camohaguin bayan ng Gumaca nitong Sabado ng umaga Agosto 2, 2025

Kinilala ang suspek ma si Jovi Mescuso Quidor, 27 anyos at residente ng Sitio Seawall Brgy. Camohaguin.

Base sa report ng Gumaca PNP,dakong alas 10:26 ng umaga ng magkaroon ng mainitang pakikipagtalo ang suspek sa kanyang kalive-in partner na si Lorelyn Macasinag na nauwi pagpapaputok ng baril at tumama ang bala sa isang tumbler sa loob ng kanilang banyo.

Agad na humingi ng tulong sa pulisya ang kapatid ni Lorelyn na si Lea Macasinag at mabilis na nagresponde ang mga miyembro ng Gumaca PNP sa pamumuno ni PMAJ Arjon M. Oxina hepe ng pulisya sa loob lamang ng mahigit dalawang minuto at ng dumating sa lugar ang kapulisan ay inabutan pa ng mga pulis ang suspek na hawak pa nito ang baril na ginamit sa pagpapaputok.

Nakumpiska mula sa posesyon ng suspek ang isang Caspian caliber .45 pistol na may serial number 364817, isang magazine na kargado ng limang (5) bala, at isang fired cartridge case ng nagmula sa pinaputok na baril nabigong namang magpakita ang suspek ng anumang legal na dokumento para sa nasabing baril.

Ang suspek ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng pulisya at nakakulong nahaharap ito sa mga kasong Violation of RA 11926 (Unlawful Discharge of Firearm) and Violation of Section 28 of RA 10591(Unlawful of Possession of Firearm).
