QUEZON — Arestado ng mga awtoridad ang isang Person Under Police Custody (PUPC) na tumakas mula sa custodial facility ng Parañaque City Police Station (CPS) noong Linggo ng madaling araw ng Agosto 3, 2025.
Base sa report ni Gumaca PNP Chief of Police PMAJ Arjon Oxina dakong alas-3:42 ng madaling araw nang makatakas ang suspek mula sa naturang pasilidad,sa impormasyong natanggap ng Gumaca PNP na ang suspek ay sumakay ng Antonina Bus Line sa PITX terminal na patungong Naga to Tiwi Albay sa Rehiyon ng Bicol,mabilis na umaksyon at agad nagkasa ng checkpoint si Maj Oxina at mga tauhan ng Gumaca Municipal Police Station (MPS) katuwang ang pinagsanib na pwersa ng 2nd Quezon Provincial Mobile Force Company (QPMFC), District Special Operations Unit–Southern Police District (DSOU-SPD), District Intelligence Division–SPD (DID-SPD), at S2 Parañaque CPS.
Bago sumapit ang alas 12:00 ng hating gabi ng August 4 ay nasabat na ng mga awtoridad sa checkpoint ang bus na sinasakyan ng tumakas na preso sa may Maharlika Highway bahagi ng Bonifacio St.Brgy.Pipisik bayan ng Gumaca. at tuluyan na itong nadakip.
Ibinalik na sa Parañaque CPS ang preso na si Renzo Abides Fernandez,18,anyos tubong Tiwi,Albay at kasalukuyang residente ng Bl 5,Lt 143 Cherry East Brgy.Sun Valley Parañaque City karagdagang kaso ang kakaharapin ng preso dahil sa ginawa nitong pagtakas mula sa kulungan.
