QUEZON — Naabo ang isang bodega ng appliances sa Barangay Bagong Buhay, Gumaca, Quezon matapos itong lamunin ng apoy nitong Miyerkules ng umaga, Agosto 6.

Ayon sa report ng BFP – Gumaca, nagsimula ang sunog dakong 3:30 ng madaling araw sa bodega ng LGBC appliance store na matatagpuan sa Capisonda Street.

Mabilis na kumalat ang apoy dahil sa dami ng nasusunog na appliances at iba pang materyales sa loob.

Agad na itinaas ang sunog sa second alarm ng agad na nagresponde mga bumbero mula sa Gumaca BFP at sa mga karatig-bayan.

Sa tulong din ng mga residente na nagpakita ng bayanihan, tuluyan ding naapula ang apoy bandang alas-7 ng umaga.

Sa kabila ng matinding pinsala sa ari-arian, walang naiulat na nasawi o nasugatan sa insidente.

Patuloy pang iniimbestigahan ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ang sanhi ng sunog kungsaan tinataya na nasa 10 milyong piso ang kabuuang halaga ng pinsala.
