Calamba City, Laguna — Calamba City Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal has officially declared his participation and full support for the Mayors For Good Governance, a coalition of local chief executives united in advancing transparent, accountable, and people-centered governance.

Mayor Rizal emphasized that from the very beginning of his leadership, the guiding principle has been clear: to uphold Good Governance as the foundation of every policy, project, and public service in Calamba.

“Leadership goes beyond implementing projects—it is a responsibility rooted in transparency, accountability, and compassion for the people,” Rizal stated.

By joining Mayors For Good Governance, Rizal reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening policies that prioritize citizens’ needs, implementing programs that directly benefit communities, and ensuring public service that is both open and trustworthy.

“This affiliation is not just a symbol of unity among leaders, but a concrete pledge to continue building humane policies, responsive projects, and honest service for all,” he added.

Mayor Rizal stressed that this step serves as fresh inspiration for Calamba’s journey toward progress, envisioning a community built on integrity, sustainable development, and a brighter future for every Calambeño.
