Calamba City, Laguna – Even on a weekend, Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal demonstrated that public service never stops by ensuring the distribution of social pension to senior citizens across several barangays.

Beneficiaries from Barangay Halang, Batino, Camaligan, Burol, Bunggo, Bubuyan, and Bagong Kalsada received their long-awaited social pension under the city government’s continuing assistance program for the elderly.

Mayor Ross Rizal, together with Vice Mayor Angelito Totie Lazaro and the Sangguniang Panglungsod, emphasized that the Calambagong Pamahalaan remains steadfast in ensuring that services reach every sector of society, especially the elderly who have contributed so much to the community.

“Buwis ng Mamamayan, ibabalik sa Taong Bayan,” Mayor Ross Rizal reiterated, underscoring his administration’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and genuine public service.

The ongoing pension distribution forms part of the city government’s broader reforms to uplift the welfare of Calambeños, proving that under the leadership of Mayor Ross Rizal, services are delivered consistently and sincerely—even beyond regular working days.

The distribution of Social Pension will continue in various barangays of Calamba City in the coming days.
