QUEZON — Patay ang dalawang katao at himala namang nakaligtas ang dalawa pa matapos matabunan ng gumuhong lupa dulot ng patuloy na malakas na pagulan sa may Sitio Aluhin Maliit bahagi ng Brgy. San Lorenzo bayan ng Mauban nitong linggo ng gabi Sept 14.
Base sa report ni PMAJ Reuben Jabrica hepe ng Mauban PNP, dakong alas 8:50 ng gabi sa kasagsagan ng malakas at patuloy na pagbuhos ng ulan ay gumuho ang isang bahagi ng bundok sa lugar na siyang tumabon sa kabahayan ng mga biktima.
Masuwerteng nakalitas ang dalawang biktima na sina Ma.Roslyn Sangcap Trinidad, 43 anyos at Teddy Gadon Trinidad, 55 anyos, dahil bago pa tuluyang lamunin ng lupa ang kanilang bahay ay mabilis ang mga ito na nakalabas at nakatakbo papalayo.
Minalas namang natrap at hindi na nakalabas ng kanilang bahay at tuluyang natabunan ng lupa ang dalawang nasawi na sina Divina Ismael Sangcap 69 anyos at Leon Chito Bantayan Ismael, 62 anyos.
Agad nagsagawa ng joint search and rescue operation ang Mauban PNP, Mauban MDRRMO, PCG at BFP at personal naman ang ginawang superbisyon si Quezon PD PCOL Romulo Albacea sa pinangyarihang lugar sa isinagawang search and rescue at makalipas ang ilang oras ay magkasunod na nahukay at narekober ang mga bangkay ng dalawang biktima habang nilalapatan at ginagamot naman sa Mauban District Hospital ang dalawang nakaligtas na nagtamo lamang ng mga minor injury.
