Calamba City Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal has been recognized by the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) as an Outstanding Local Chief Executive during the celebration of the 31st National Crime Prevention Week.

Mayor Rizal expressed his gratitude, dedicating the award to the people of Calamba.
