BATANGAS—Patay ang isang suspek matapos manlaban at makipagbarilan sa mga miyembro ng Batangas CCPS at Batangas PPO sa pamumuno nila Provincial Director PCOL Geovanny Emerick A Sibalo at Batangas City Acting COP PLTCOL Ira A Morello sa may magubat na bahagi ng Brgy.Bolbok nabanggit na siyudad nitong Martes ng tanghali Sept 30, 2025.

Kinilala ang suspek na nasawi na si Ronald Bacay De Guzman aka Bonsai miyembro ng notorious na gun running syndicate at iba pang illigal na activities na nagooperate sa lalawigan ng Batangas.

Base sa report ng Batangas PPO sa isinagawang follow up/ hot pursuit operation ng mga awtoridad dakong alas 11:30 ng tanghali pinuntahan ng mga pulis ang lugar na pinagtataguan ni alyas Bonsai.

Subalit papalapit palang umano ang mga operatiba ng pagbabarilin ito ng suspek kung kaya napilitang gumanti ng putok ang mga pulis na nagresulta ng kamatayan ni Bonsai.

Matatandaan noong Sept 29 ganap na ika 10:00 ng gabi nagsagawa ng iligal fire arm buy bust ang mga operatiba ng Batangas CCPS laban kay Bonsai sa may Brgy. Bolbok, Batangas City.

Na nauwi sa arm encounter dahil naramdaman at nahalata ng suspek na pulis ang kanyang katransaksyon sa iligal na baril na kanyang ibinebenta.

Kaagad nito pinaputukan ang mga pulis na operatiba na nagresulta ng pagkakasugatan ng tatlong pulis na sina PMAJ Edgar Fabregas,PSSG Alvin Ilagan,at PSSG Karl Ernest Fabonan na kasalukuyang ginagamot at nagpapagaling sa Saint Camillus de Lilis Hospital sa Batangas City.

Agad namang pinuntahan at binisita ni PRO4A RD PBGEN Paul Kennet Lucas ang mga sugatang pulis sa hospital at binigyang suportang moral at pinansyal para sa gastusin sa ospital.
