QUEZON—Nasawi ang isang delivery rider matapos mahulog ang minamanehong motorsiklo sa ilog sa Barangay Ibabang Talim, Lucena City.
Kinilala ang biktima na si Manuelito, 36 taong gulang, residente ng Purok Bagong Sinag, Barangay Cotta, Lucena City at empleyado ng J&T Express.
Ayon sa imbestigasyon, huling nakita ang biktima bandang alas-9:00 ng gabi noong noong Sabado, Oktubre 11, habang tinatawid nito ang tulay sakay sa kanyang motorsiklo sa may Barangay Salinas patungong Barangay Cotta nang aksidenteng mahulog sa ilog.
Natagpuan ang kanyang bangkay makalipas ang dalawang araw, dakong alas 6: 30 ng umaga nitong Lunes, sa pampang ng ilog sa Purok Ligaa, Barangay Ibabang Talim.
Unang narekober ang kanyang motorsiklo sa ilog ng Barangay Salinas.
Base sa inisyal na report ng Lucena PNP, walang nakitang palatandaan ng foul play sa insidente.
