LALAKI, ARESTADO SA SEARCH WARRANT SA CALOOCAN; BARIL AT BALA NAKUMPISKA

Caloocan City — Isang lalaki ang naaresto ng mga operatiba ng East Bagong Silang Police Sub-Station 13, Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS), matapos ang matagumpay na pagpapatupad ng Search Warrant No. SW-537 sa kanyang tirahan sa Phase 8B, Package 4, Block 1, Lot 26, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, nitong Huwebes ng hapon.

Ayon sa ulat ng pulisya, pinangunahan ni PCPT Gomer P. Mappala, Acting Commander ng Sub-Station 13, ang operasyon na sinimulan dakong 5:02 p.m. at nagtapos ng 6:30 p.m. sa parehong araw. Ang nasabing search warrant ay inisyu ni Hon. Glenda K. Cabillo-Marin, Executive Judge ng Branch 124, Caloocan City, noong Oktubre 29, 2025.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Emmanuel Gray Angeles y Alviar, residente ng naturang lugar. Bago isinagawa ang operasyon, tiniyak ng mga pulis ang pagsunod sa A.M. No. 21-08-06-SC hinggil sa paggamit ng body-worn camera (S/N: 5203109B19104648) upang mairekord ang buong proseso ng pag-serve ng warrant.

Kasama rin sa operasyon ang mga saksi na sina Renato Pedroche ng Latigo News TV bilang media representative at Barangay Kagawad Manuel Viojan ng Brgy. 176-D.

Sa isinagawang paghahalughog, nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang mga sumusunod:
Isang (1) unit ng Caliber 9mm Pistol Colt Elite IX na may serial number 732850, Isang (1) loaded magazine para sa Caliber 9mm, Apat (4) na live ammunitions.

Nang tanungin, nabigong magpakita ng kaukulang dokumento o lisensya ang suspek upang patunayan ang legal na pagmamay-ari ng nasabing baril, dahilan upang siya ay arestuhin.

Binasahan ng kanyang karapatan si Angeles at kasalukuyang nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 28 ng Republic Act 10591, o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

Ang suspek ay nasa kustodiya na ng IDMS-North para sa masusing imbestigasyon at karagdagang proseso.
