Tatlong Lalaki, Arestado sa Cara y Cruz at Pagdadala ng Ipinagbabawal na Droga sa Caloocan

Arestado ang tatlong lalaki matapos mahuling naglalaro ng cara y cruz at makuhanan pa ng ipinagbabawal na droga sa isinagawang foot patrol ng Camarin Police Sub-Station 10, Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) nitong Huwebes ng madaling araw, Oktubre 30, 2025, sa Brgy. 178, Sto. Niño, Camarin, Caloocan City.

Batay sa ulat, nagsasagawa ng regular na foot patrol ang mga tauhan ng Camarin Police Sub-Station 10 sa pangunguna ni PCapt. Florentino at sa direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Paul Joey T. Goforth, OIC ng CCPS, nang mapansin nila ang tatlong lalaki na naglalaro ng cara y cruz sa nasabing lugar.

Nang kanilang lapitan at isailalim sa bodily search, nakuhanan si alyas “Arjay” ng isang maliit na heat-sealed plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu.

Kinilala ang mga naarestong suspek na sina: Arjay Freginal y Demijilio, Alexis Matutino y Arse, at Benjie Garillo y Garcia.

Narekober mula sa mga suspek ang anim (6) na pirasong ₱100 bill, tatlong (3) ₱50 bill, tatlong (3) ₱1 coin na ginagamit sa pustahan, at isang (1) maliit na sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na tumitimbang ng 1.4 gramo at tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng ₱9,520.

Ang mga suspek ay binasahan ng kanilang mga karapatan at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Presidential Decree 1602 (Illegal Gambling – Cara y Cruz) at Section 11, Article II ng Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Camarin Police Sub-Station 10 ang mga suspek para sa karagdagang imbestigasyon at tamang disposisyon ng kaso.
