Ayon sa ulat, nagsagawa ng FOOT PATROLLING at ANTI-CRIMINALITY Ang mga tauhan Ng Congressional Police Su-Station 9 CCPS (SS9) sa Pangunguna PCAPT ROMMEL CABUROG, HEPE Ng SS9 CCPS at may direct supervision ni PCOL JOEY T GOFORTH, IC CCPS CALOOCAN sa lugar kung saan nangyari nang mamataan at maobserbahan nila ang patuloy na aktibidad ng ilegal na pagsusugal na lokal na kilala bilang “Cara y Cruz” at sa huli ay humantong sa pag-aresto sa mga nabanggit na suspek, habang ang kanilang mga kasamahan ay nakaiwas sa pag-aresto sa pamamagitan ng pagtakas sa iba’t ibang direksyon. Sa pagsasagawa ng incidental search hanggang sa legal na pag-aresto, narekober ng mga arresting officer mula sa direktang pag-aari at kontrol ng isa sa mga suspek, na kinilalang si MARLOU CASILA y RECTO ang isang (1) maliit na heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na hinihinalang “shabu,”

Narecover mula sa suspek ang Tatlong (3) pirasong one peso coins gamit sa “PANGARA” at Bet Money na nagkahalaga ng glimang daang piso (Php 500.00), na binubuo ng apat (4) na piraso ng one-hundred-peso bills at dalawang (2) piraso ng fifty-peso bills.
Isang (1) pirasong maliit na heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na hinihinalang “shabu,” na humigit-kumulang .2 gramo, na may Standard na Presyo ng Gamot (PhDP) na may tig-isang libong piso (PhDP). 1,360.00).

Ang suspect ay binasahan Ng kanyang karapatan at naharap sa kasong Violation of Sec.11 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act code 2002). Itinangi Ng suspek na Hindi Siya nagbebenta Ng DROGA. Sa ngayun ang suspek ay nasa kustodiya na Ng Congressional Poloce Sub Station 9 CCPS para sa karagdagang proseso.
