BATANGAS-Nasawi ang isang 18 anyos na estudyante matapos pagsasaksakin ng patalim ng kapwa niya mag-aaral sa harap ng kanilang paaralan sa Brgy. Poblacion Zone 2, bayan ng Taal,lalawigang nabanggit noong Martes ng hapon ng Enero 20, 2026.

Ayon sa Taal Municipal Police Station, isinugod pa ang biktima sa Our Lady of Caysasay Medical Center sa Lemery, Batangas matapos magtamo ng mga saksak sa tiyan, subalit idineklara rin na wala nang buhay ng attending physician.

Lumabas sa imbestigasyon na bandang alas-3 ng hapon nang magkaroon ng mainitang pagtatalo ang biktima at ang suspek sa tapat ng Rizal College.

Nauwi ito sa pisikal na komprontasyon hanggang sa bumunot ng patalim ang suspek at saksakin ang biktima nang ilang beses.

Agad na rumesponde ang mga awtoridad at nagsagawa ng follow-up operation na ikinaaresto ng suspek sa Brgy. Luntal, Taal, Batangas.

Ang suspek, isang 18 taong gulang na estudyante, ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Taal MPS at inihahanda na ang kaukulang kaso laban dito.

Patuloy pa rin ang imbestigasyon ng pulisya at inaalam pa rin ang pinag-ugatan ng krimen.
