Rizal personally visited and inspected ongoing infrastructure projects in Barangay 4 and Barangay 3, emphasizing that these developments are funded by the hard-earned taxes of Calambeños and must deliver real value to the community.

During the inspection, Mayor Rizal underscored the importance of hands-on leadership in ensuring quality and proper use of public funds.

“Ako po ay bumisita at naginspeksyon sa mga ginagawang mga infrastructure projects sa Brgy. 4 at Brgy. 3 upang tiyakin ang maayos na implementasyon, kalidad ng trabaho, at tamang paggamit ng pondo.”

The inspection aimed to assess the progress of the projects, verify compliance with standards, and ensure that construction timelines are being followed. Mayor Rizal reiterated that his administration remains vigilant in monitoring all city-funded initiatives to guarantee that every project directly benefits the people of Calamba.

“Patuloy po ang ating pagbabantay at pagkilos upang masiguro na ang bawat proyektong bayan ay tunay na napapakinabangan ng mamamayan at natatapos nang ayon sa plano.”

Mayor Rizal also reminded the public that government funds are a shared responsibility and must be managed with integrity and prudence.

“Buwis po ito ng mamamayan na masinop na ginagastos ng ating pamahalaan.”

Through regular inspections and transparent governance, the City Government of Calamba continues to reinforce its commitment to responsible public service—ensuring that every peso spent translates into meaningful progress and improved quality of life for all Calambeños.
