QUEZON — Arestado ang isang High-Value Individual o HVI sa isinagawang drug buy-bust operation ng mga operatiba ng Quezon Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit sa pamumuno ni PIB/PDEU Chief PLTCOL Reuben Ballera sa Lucena City.
Kinilala ang suspek na si alias Toto, 29 anyos, na nadakip sa may bahagi ng Brgy. Ilayang Iyam nabanggit na lunsod.
Ayon sa Quezon Provincial Police Office, narekober mula sa posesyon ng suspek ang tinatayang may timbang na105 gramo ng hinihinalang ilegal na droga na may halagang aabot sa 714,592, thausand pesos kasama ang buy-bust money at ilang personal na gamit.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng mga awtoridad at nakakulong ang drug pusher na nahaharap sa mga kasong paglabag sa Section 5 and Section 11 ng RA 9165 Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Samantala,tiniyak ni Quezon Provincial Director PCOL Romulo A Albacea na tuluy tuloy ang kanilang pinaigting na kampanya kontra iligal na droga sa lalawigan.
Dagdag pa ni Albacea, layunin ng Quezon Provincial Police Office na mapanagot ang mga sangkot sa kalakalan ng bawal na gamot at mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng mga komunidad.
