LILIW, LAGUNA — Arvesuland and Property Development has strongly denied allegations circulating on social media claiming that the company was involved in fraudulent activities, maintaining that it continues to operate with integrity and transparency.


In an official statement, company president Mr. Jeremy Arvesu said the accusations lack sufficient evidence and are not supported by any formal complaint filed before the appropriate government agencies.


“Sa pagsusuri sa kumakalat na video online, wala namang ipinakitang testigo o dokumentadong patunay laban sa kumpanya,” pahayag ni Arvesu.


No Formal Complaint Filed
The company clarified that, as of this writing, it has not received any formal complaint or case filed against it, including before the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). It also noted that no official written communication has been served in connection with the issues being raised online.


Atty. Merry Jobeth Pallasigue emphasized the importance of proper documentation and due process.
“Kung mayroon mang reklamo, ito ay dapat dumaan sa wastong proseso at maisumite sa kinauukulang ahensya, kabilang ang online filing kung pinahihintulutan,” aniya.


Addressing Clients’ Concerns
Arvesuland stated that it continues to address concerns raised by clients, including those seeking to cancel previous purchase agreements.


However, the company noted that some individuals opted to air their grievances publicly instead of coordinating directly with management to resolve the matter.


Status of Projects Clarified
The firm also clarified that projects mentioned in certain social media posts did not proceed and that no actual development was implemented. According to the company, the discontinuation of these projects stemmed from failed negotiations or incomplete transactions.


Arvesuland further stressed that it has no involvement in the ownership of land or any property development being attributed to it in the allegations.


Open to Mediation
Despite the controversy, the company expressed openness to dialogue and mediation to peacefully settle any misunderstandings. It invited concerned parties to coordinate and meet at its office to resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.

In closing, Arvesuland thanked the media and the public for allowing it to present its side. The company reiterated its commitment to transparency, integrity, and compliance with the law, underscoring its goal of maintaining trust and positive relationships with its clients and stakeholders.
