BIÑAN CITY, LAGUNA — Agad na kumilos ang Biñan City Component Police Station (CCPS) sa ilalim ng direktang pamumuno ni PltCol Richard Corpuz matapos maiulat ang isang insidente ng ilegal na pagpasok at pamamaril (Trespassing Resulting in an Armed Encounter) na naganap bandang alas-2:45 ng madaling araw noong Nobyembre 3, 2026, sa isang kilalang pasilidad sa Laguna Technopark, Brgy. Loma, Lungsod ng Biñan, Laguna.

Batay sa paunang imbestigasyon na ipinrisinta kay PltCol Richard Corpuz, habang nagpapatrolya ang isang duty security guard sa fabrication area ng naturang pasilidad, nakarinig ito ng kakaibang ingay.

Sa kanyang pag-inspeksyon sa lugar, nadatnan ng guwardiya ang dalawang (2) lalaki. Isa sa mga suspek na kinilalang si alias Arnel ay kumuha ng hindi pa tukoy na baril at itinutok ito sa guwardiya. Bilang pagtatanggol sa sarili, binaril ng guwardiya ang suspek na tinamaan sa mukha. Humingi agad ng saklolo ang guwardiya sa kanyang mga kasamahan, ngunit sa kanilang pagbabalik ay nakatakas na ang dalawang suspek.

Sa mabilis na pagsubaybay at imbestigasyon ng Biñan CCPS sa pangunguna ni PltCol Richard Corpuz, nakatanggap ang himpilan ng tawag ukol sa isang lalaking may tama ng baril na dinala sa Ospital ng Biñan. Positibong kinilala ng guwardiya ang pasyente bilang ang suspek na si alias Arnel, 28 taong gulang, binata, at residente ng Southville 5, Brgy. Timbao, Lungsod ng Biñan.

Sa kasalukuyan, ipinag-utos ni PltCol Richard Corpuz ang patuloy na follow-up operation ng kapulisan upang madakip ang ikalawang suspek na nanatiling hindi pa nakikilala at at-large. Pinuri rin ni PltCol Richard Corpuz ang pagiging alerto at ang mabilis na pagtugon ng security guard, at tiniyak na higit pang paiigtingin ng Biñan CCPS ang seguridad sa mga industrial zone at pasilidad sa buong Lungsod ng Biñan.
