BIÑAN CITY, LAGUNA — Isang matagumpay na huli laban sa ilegal na droga ang naitala ng Biñan Component City Police Station (CCPS), sa pangunguna ni POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL RICHARD D. CORPUZ, matapos madakip ang limang (5) indibidwal— kabilang ang tatlong nakatala sa Street Level Individual (SLI) Watchlist
sa dalawang serye ng operasyon sa lungsod.

Nagsimula ang unang huli dakong 4:20 ng madaling araw sa Sta. Filomena Cemetery, Brgy. San Antonio. Nahuling nagamit mismo ng bawal na gamot ang mga suspek na kinilalang sina alias “Lorna” (49), alias “Manuel” (48), at alias “Bubuy” (34). Nasamsam mula sa kanila ang 0.66 gramo ng pinaniniwalaang shabu na may tinatayang halagang ₱4,488.00, kasama ang iba’t ibang drug paraphernalia.

Sinundan pa ito ng isang buy-bust operation bandang 5:50 ng madaling araw sa Brgy. Malaban, sa pakikipagtulungan sa PDEA-Laguna. Nadakip sa naturang operasyon sina alias “JM” (39) at alias “Abby” (41). Nakumpiska sa dalawa ang humigit-kumulang 2.58 gramo ng shabu na nagkakahalaga ng ₱17,544.00 at ang marked money na ginamit sa transaksyon.

Mabilis na isinagawa ang opisyal na imbentaryo ng mga ebidensya sa mismong lugar ng pinangyarihan sa harap ng mga kinatawan mula sa barangay at media.

Kasalukuyan nang nasa ilalim ng kaukulang pagsusuri at proseso ang mga ebidensya at mga naarestong indibidwal para sa pagsasampa ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

PATAKARAN SA DATA PRIVACY: Ang pagkakakilanlan ng mga naaresto at mga saksi ay nananatiling protektado at inilihim alinsunod sa probisyon ng Republic Act No. 10173 o Data Privacy Act of 2012.
