BATANGAS — Personal  na   naghain ng pormal na  reklamo sa National Police Commission ( NAPOLCOM),  ang isang babaeng pulis laban sa  Police Provincial Director ng Batangas, dahil sa umano’y grave misconduct and conduct unbecoming of a police officer.

Ayon sa isinumite nitong  sworn affidavit, detalyado nitong inilatag ang sunod-sunod na insidente na naganap mula Pebrero hanggang Marso 2026, kabilang ang hindi kanais-nais na physical contact, mga di angkop na salita, at mga aksiyong nagdulot ng stress sa nagreklamo, na nagyari sa loob mismo ng police premises at sa trabaho.

Aniya, ginamit umano ng opisyal ang kanyang posisyon, na nagbunsod ng serious concern sa pang-aabuso nito sa kapangyarihan, kaligtasan sa trabaho, at professional conduct sa hanay ng pulisya.

Kinumpirma ng NAPOLCOM na nasa kanilang jurisdiction na ang kaso at isasailalim na sa tamang administrative proceedings alinsunod sa umiiral na batas.

Binigyang-diin ng Commission na ang ganitong uri ng reklamo, lalo na kung sangkot ang kababaihan sa hanay ng pulisya, ay tutugunan nang mabilis at patas habang pinapangalagaan ang karapatan ng lahat.

Binigyang-pansin din ng NAPOLCOM ang kahalagahan ng propesyonalismo, respeto, at integridad sa hanay ng Philippine National Police, at nanawagan na ang pamumuno ay dapat nakabase sa accountability at moral authority.

Samantala pinagtibay ni PRO4A Regional Director PBGEN Hansel M Marantan ang commitment ng PNP sa professionalism, accountability at due process matapos magfile ng administrative complaint sa NAPOLCOM ang policewoman laban sa Provincial Director.

Ayon kay Marantan nagutos kaagad siya ng masusi at impartial investigation at tiniyak na ang kaso ay narefer sa proper authorities,kabilang ang NAPOLCOM.

Personal din niyang kinausap ang babaeng pulis na nagreklamo upang tiyakin na ang mga complaint nito ay maaddress ng parehas, sentive, at alinsunod sa established procedures, kasunod ng standard administrative protocol, ang Provincial Director na inirereklamo ay inilagay sa ilalim ng appropriate status at sinibak na sa kanyang pwesto habang nagpapatuloy ang imbestigasyon upang mapanatili ang Integridad ng proseso at masiguro ang patas na treatment sa magkabilang panig.

Mariin ding sinabi ni Marantan na ang lahat ng aksyon ng PNP ay nakabatay sa existing law at institutional protocols at ang anumang determination ng liability ay nakabase lamang facts at mga ebidensya.

Sa huli hinihikayat ng General ang publiko na pabayaan na ang imbestigasyon na magpatuloy ng walang undue pressure habang tinitiyak ang commitment ng PNP at NAPOLCOM sa Accountability, fairness, at integrity sa serbisyo publiko.
